Comfortable studio space, ideal base for a visit to Valencia, seeing family. No kettle (I'm British, wanting tea 😉) but the microwave can work almost as well! Fridge and airfryer appreciated. Aircon, fab and very necessary in summer. Second stay here, will come again.

very central located student living studios, you have mini fridge, and kitchenette, the studios are clean, it has smart tv, only downside, they dont do housekeeping, and bit difficult to get new towels, as they do cleaning once in 4 days

The room was nice and clean, though it was missing coat hangers in the wardrobes, which seemed like an oversight. The aircon was welcome, and the WiFi was fine. The desk space was unworkable, however, as the provided chair was too tall to fit under the desk. Had to resort to working on the bed, unfortunately.

Terrible its a student home not a hotel/hostel. They only give you 1 access card which you need to leave and enter. 1 person cant leave independent. Also the room was smelly not well cleaned and there was molt in the bathroom. Also roomservice on request is a lie they refused to do it. For 100 Euros a night this is quite a bad deal don't take it.

La piscina la abren un poco tarde. Y además mi último día ni la pude usar. Estaba cerrada en mantenimiento y sin avisar antes. Podrían hacer el mantenimiento antes o después del horario de apertura. Una pequeña decepción. El resto de instalaciones muy bien 😁

Nach dreimaligem Reinigen waren immer noch Haare auf dem Boden, die Silikonfugen in der Dusche haben geschimmelt und im Restlichen Räumlichkeiten sah es nicht wirklich besser aus. Vom Personal wurde man ratlos angeschaut was denn das Problem wäre…, „Alle Zimmer werden so gereinigt, es ist alles sauber“! hieß es. Preislich sowie mit vorzeitigem kostenfreiem Checkout wollte man uns ebenfalls nicht entgegenkommen „Wir hätten ja 99% aller Leistungen zur Verfügung.“ Damit war wohl das 80cm Tiefe Planschbecken auf dem Dach gemeint. Leider kann ich nichts Positives über diese Unterkunft berichten, bis auf dass der Hausmeister freundlich war und das Defekte Fenster nach zwei Tagen ausgehebelt und repariert hat.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings gab es kein Telefon?! Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig; verständlich, wenn die Zimmer nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt werden. Wir hatten Silberfischchen im Zimmer. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht arretieren und am Waschbecken lief bei Nutzung Wasser an der Wand entlang zum Boden, weshalb wir dort ein Handtuch platzieren mussten. Die Ausstattung war von Tassen, Gläsern etc. eher für eine Person ausgelegt, obwohl wir in einem Doppelzimmer untergebracht waren.

Agréable pour un court séjour

Etablissement très correct pour un court séjour. La chambre est assez spacieuse et l'emplacement pas très loin du centre en bus et des plages en tram a rendu le séjour agréable. Aussi, bien que très fréquenté par les touristes, l'établissement est très calme la nuit. Petit bémol sur l'emplacement de ma chambre : elle était assez sombre avec une petite fenêtre qui donnait sur l'immeuble d'en face et l'air conditionné fonctionnait un peu trop fort à mon goût. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande.

Super séjour! Mais ne convient pas à tout le monde

Très bon séjour dans cette résidence étudiante qui propose quelques studios en guise d’hôtel. La chambre était impeccable, cuisine très pratique et la clim était bienvenue en cette période de forte chaleur. Le personnel à la réception est serviable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la salle de sport. Un sèche-cheveux nous a été prêté sur demande et on a pu déposer nos bagages avant le Check in à 16h. Bien desservi, centre ville à pieds. Cependant je pense qu’il y a quelques points négatifs et améliorations à faire. La piscine est assez petite et peu profonde, l’eau arrive à la taille, ne comptez pas sur elle pour faire des longueurs. Dans la cuisine, certes l’équipement est complet et neuf mais il manquait des essentiels alimentaires comme du sel, poivre, sucre, huile… Le personnel de ménage passe sans prévenir, on nous indique qu’ils passent uniquement tous les 4 jours (sur un séjour de 3 nuits, on ne s’attend pas à les voir) mais finalement nous nous sommes rendues compte qu’ils venaient vider les poubelle quasi tous les jours. Et dernièrement, l’accueil a très peu accès aux réservations, nous avons voulu prolonger notre séjour à cause d’un vol annulé et c’était assez contraignant entre les échanges sur WhatsApp avec le siège en dehors de Valence et les aller retour à l’accueil. Dans l’ensemble je recommence vivement, il faut juste être avertis sur ces points qui ne sont finalement pas si dérangeants que ça en connaissance de cause.
