The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom itself was clean, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives for us. The hotel has very poor sound insulation. You can hear everything, from the music outside coming from the nearby restaurants and clubs late into the night to people talking loudly in the corridors as they return to their rooms as if they were standing inside our room. Another issue was the room doors. They need to be closed with quite a bit of force, which means they slam loudly every single time someone enters or leaves their room. During the night, this was particularly disruptive and often startled. The biggest issue was actually the smell coming from the bathroom. We're not sure whether it was coming from the drains or the sewage system, but it was awful. We had to keep opening the window to air out the room. However, because we were staying in a first-floor sea-facing room, all of the rooms shared the same terrace without any dividers or railings, so we didn't feel comfortable. The door had also an inside lock that we thought was working but quickly find out it did nothing. From a room facilities perspective, we would have appreciated having a small fridge to keep water and drinks cold, especially during the summer. The walls could also do with a fresh coat of paint, as they were noticeably marked and dirty, and the mould around the windows should be properly cleaned.

Stayed here for a week for the MotoGP race in Valencia. Wasn't expecting much from a 2 star hotel but was very pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and speak Spanish and English so no worries there. The room was basic but clean and tidy with a small balcony a good bathroom, Smart TV and free Wifi. The maids that cleaned the room would even return later in the day if you put the do not disturb sign up to have a decent lay in. All in all a pleasent little hotel right on the beach with loads of great restaurants next door. For the price can't complain.

This is a very basic little hotel on the beach with SUPER staff and an excellent breakfast. It was quiet and we slept well there. We almost missed breakfast, arriving at the dining area 5 minutes before it ended but they were nice enough to keep it open for us. Just really great people.

Overall good stay

No thrills but clean and comfortable. Didn’t have the breakfast so don’t know what that was like, but seemed like good value. Well positioned for restaurants, sea front etc. 10 minute walk from nearest tram stop (Neptú).
