Staff was friendly but they did not explain the AC. I was so hot I woke up in the middle of the night to get help and it was the battery in the remote. Rooms were clean and area is quiet

I originally asked for 2 twin beds for the kids and no bunk beds, but despite reserving and paying 1 1/2 month in advance before my trip, I was given the bunk beds. The room with twin beds was given to someone else. Furthermore I was placed in the second floor where AC was not working and was not going to be fixed for my entire stay of 2 days
