Luxury Gem in downtown

The rooms were modern, spacious and immaculately clean. The bathroom was enormous with robes, slippers, great water pressure and copious hot water in the waterfall shower. Uber comfortable bedding and there is even a pillow menu. Late check-out until 2:00 PM was available for 20 euros, which was extremely fairly priced and greatly appreciated. This is quite the gem in a fabulous location right next door to the tower.

Truly gorgeous hotel with lovely staff.

Really couldn't fault my stay in this beautiful hotel. Only a shame I was here for such a short stay and couldn't make the most of the great location and lovely rooftop bar. Huge stunning bed, super clean, lovely bathroom with a real luxury feel to it.

Loved the modern, Scandinavian look throughout the hotel with clever lighting. Huge rooms and bed. Lots of charging points and sockets..loved the shower. The hotel has a 5th floor terrace area for relaxing s well. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

This is steps away from the Torres de Serranos. Area is walkable to everything- shops and dining. Try the restaurant Rincón 33. Their goat cheese salad is out of this world. They got awesome Paella too. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the market. This is a brand new hotel. You don’t even need any converterr. uSB access all throughout the room. Shower pressure is so awesome. Breakfast is preset everyday but freshly cooked. I don’t usually rate the staff as they can come and go and to me the cleanliness is all that matters to me. but I need to compliment each and every staff at this hotel. Everyone went up and beyond. My daughter had a stain on her white blouse and when my daughter asked if they have a stain remover, the concierge went to their laundry room in the basement get it for my daughter.

This is a lovely hotel with a very convenient location. The rooms are compact but fairly well designed. I did not love having the toilet separated from the bathroom area though. The staff are helpful and polite. Service at breakfast can be very slow when it's busy. They could really do with additional staff to address this. The rooftop area for a drink is lovely but I feel the food menu would benefit with a few more vegan options.

This hotel has an excellent and very helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The rooftop bar is an added plus.It was beautiful to sit there and enjoy the view of Valencia. I would definitely return to this hotel.
