The room was a nice size, bathroom very spacious. We opted for the morning breakfast buffet and it was very plentiful and we enjoyed that very much to start our morning. Nice centrally placed hotel.

Nice central Valencian hotel. Close to El Corte Ingles and Aqua shopping center. Nice sized rooms, good breakfast with lots of choices hot and cold. Recommended also for Turia park and oceanographic(Walking distance)

EXCELLENT!!

Amazing! We could make an early check-in and, everything was really nice, the location 10/10, super close to everything. The personal were really friendly, they left us some waters and candy as a welcome gift in the room after the whole day walking, which feels really nice. Really cozy and enjoyable. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the amenities exceptional. Couldn't have ask for a better option. Would definitely come back and tell all our friends about this place.

We are satisfied with our week. The first 5 days they served Espresso to breakfast, then the machin was gone! Thats not good. We are in Spain every year and the hotels always have espresso.

Our group of seven all loved this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel facilities were great. Service was outstanding. The GM and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lots of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed drinks and food in the hotel. Definitely recommend. Excellent value.

Staff super friendly and helpful ,i soeak spanish so it wasn't a problem fir me , but just incase you dont dont worty all staff speak English, hotel room very clean exactly what i was expecting and breakfast is amazing food yum,tum and its in the center of shopping,eating, bus is right outside ,very convenient 😀

A breeze in hot Valencia

Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze! Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless.

The gym equipment was not in good operating condition. The resistance on the stationary bike could not be adjusted to a sufficient degree (pad worn out). And the elliptical trainer was loose and creeky.
