The view from our room looking out over the river valley was one of the best views on our trip. Itā€™s high up on the road so you see about as much as you can. Everyone was very nice. The taxi we called waited for us a few minutes early to side the building and got us to the train. The number 1 and 2 bus gets you up to plaza mayor and beyond, respectively. Cuenca is absolutely charming and this place made it a wonderful place to be.

We were 16 days in a family vacation and this hotel was our favorite. My 18yrs daughter love it and loved old Valencia. We canā€™t wait to come back!

Great room in a super location. I don't think a better location is even possible. Bed was comfortable. Our room had the hydromassage as well as a separate good shower. Only thing was the toilet is for some reason positioned super low.

Yes, the room was small and I do not know where 2 people would put their luggage but I loved it. You could open the balcony doors and hear the street muscians and the church bells and people watch. Nice shower. Nice whirlpool tub with lavender bath salts. So close to everything. It is a different experience than a regular hotel. I would stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed by Emily at reception who was fantastic and made sure the bags were delivered to our room when we could check in (we arrived early). The room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable, though with the bath in the bedroom there was not much room to open your suitcase other than on the bed. We were on level 3 and wifi speed was very slow. There was an unpleasant persistent odour from the bathroom, but we were assured it was just the smell of the cleaning products, not so sure. We appreciate itā€™s difficult to ventilate old buildings Entry to reception (on level 1), was through the restaurant, which was a bit unusual when looking for the hotel. We did have a good view of the street below.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we were in had modern fixtures and finishes, but was too small for two people to move easily around the large bed. Location is convenient for walking to restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. The street entry is through the restaurant dining room which was a little confusing when we were first looking for the hotel.

Super convenient location, but perhaps also a little too close to the swamped tourist areas. Room was small but comfortable, good air conditioning and soundproof windows. Bit of a drain smell unfortunately. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good good and drink in the restaurant.

Emilia at reception was very very helpful and friendly. Check in easy. Balcony with view. Kettle to make tea & coffee. Bar fridge. Great location. Convenient restaurant on ground floor.The hot tub / whirlpool is a waste of space.

Perfect location in the old town. Easy walking distance to places. Hotel was lovely and had everything that you would need in it. Rooms are a but small but that doesn't really matter as not there most of the time. Lovely friendly staff. Noisy at night but it is usually quiet after midnight. Really wnjoyed my stay here
