I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team provided exceptional service throughout my stay - always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request. Breakfast was excellent and absolutely worth the price. The location of the hotel could not have been more perfect, within its easy walking distance of all the main sights. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city and come back for a nap or shower any time. What really has made the experience special were the thoughtful extras. The reception staff were incredibly helpful in giving local tips, helping me get around, and even being patient with my intermediate level Spanish. The complimentary beach towels were another nice touch that made this stay even more comfortable. Overall, I would rate my experience at this hotel as OUTSTANDING from start to finish.

Great hotel in central Valencia

Arrived during the electric power cut across Spain and the receptionist was so helpful checking me in and taking me to my room in the dark. All staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Very comfortable, great breakfast and in a central location.
