Great hotel close to the metro making it easy to get around. Excellent breakfast and very pleasant staff. Very comfortable rooms and great bar and pool area on roof

Very clean and close to the metro and bus stop. Also next to a huge shopping mall that good for a stroll when it’s too hot outside. Only one suggestion to the hotel: more parasols at the rooftop by the pool will be perfect ⛱️

Staff, breakfast and pool area were fantastic. The air conditioning could be cooler and would be better to have more water stations. If you are on floor 9, you can use the water on floor 8 but not via the stairs - have to wait for lifts which although understandable as fire exit, not practical. Personally, not enough bars/restaurants in walking distance but still a lovely hotel.

The hotel is in a great location however there a bad smell in the hallway and room. The elevators were very hot. We had to check out early and I’m still negotiating with Expedia and the hotel for a refund. I’d avoid.

Wonderful hotel. Nice clean rooms and great rooftop pool. Breakfast is fantastic with an unbelievable amount of choice. Location is great and only 20 min walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff super friendly and helpful! Main flaw is that the hotel is constantly very busy, and the lifts up to the floors are very confusing and take a lifetime to come. We were on the 11th floor but couldn’t take the stairs upto the 12th to the rooftop which was frustrating. Furthermore, sometimes the lift would stop at nearly every floor.

Not what we hoped for.

The room was much smaller than we had anticipated. We booked 2 double beds (family of 4) and we got 1 double bed plus a very small pull out couch. Also our bathroom had an awful, unbearable stench so we had to switch rooms and the second room was even smaller!!! In additional the fire alarm kept going off and was very “alarming”. Aside from all of the issues with the hotel, it is not really in a great area for touristy things. 30min taxi yo beach. 25min walk to the central historic part of Valencia. The upside was the breakfast. It was amazing! Pool was also very nice but very crowded! I would not recommend this hotel!

Slow check in process. Not told about complimentary water available on different floor. Very disappointing breakfast. Cooked buffet food not hot and overcooked due to excessive time on display.

Not satisfied stay

We arrived at the Hotel and had to discover, that our room was not cleaned from the previous guest. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and we were not able to change rooms. Neither the front desk nor anyone else from the staff was able to help us. Had to sleep one night in a room, which was not cleaned and very dusty and dirty from previous renovation work. Staff was not very helpful and did not offer us a solution in the moment. Very bad experience and would never go nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!
