Der Empfang ist freundlich und herzlich. Aber der Zimmerservice hat noch stark Optimierungsbedarf. Betten wurden gemacht, handtücher gewechselt. Aber jeden Tag wurde irgendwas vergessen aufzufüllen. Am Anreisetag fehlte komplett die Handseife. Von 2 Bademäntel wurde einer mitgekommen und nicht wieder zurück gebracht. Warum? Von 4 Kopfkissen wurden 2 gewechselt. Die anderen 2 Überzüge lagen einfach auf unserem Koffer?! Amenities im Bad oder immer Zimmer wurden nur auf mehrmaligem Hinweis an der Rezeption aufgefüllt. Sonst nicht. Minibar, die im preis inklusive war, wurde mal aufgefüllt, mal nicht. Kein Standard. Aber wenn man als Zimmermädchen immer am Handy ist, vergisst man schon ein paar Sachen. Komfort in einem executive Zimmer, das übrigens ziemlich klein war, stelle ich mir in einem neuen haus der novotel kette anders vor.

Top locatie, ontzettend aardig personeel, hotel ziet er mooi uit met goede voorzieningen: sportschool, zwembad, skybar. Je merkte wel aan sommige dingen dat het een nieuw gerenoveerd hotel is. We hadden eerst namelijk een kamer waar de airco het niet deed, ook waren sommige dingen niet helemaal goed afgewerkt. Verder zeker aan te raden!

Personale molto gentile, camere moderne e molto pulite. Ubicato al di sopra di un centro commerciale con accesso alla metro. Il giardino di Turia inizia poco prima ed è appena al di là della strada. Può essere percorso in tutta la sua lunghezza, 6km circa, fino al museo della scienza e dell’acquario. Il centro si raggiunge con 20 min di camminata. Noleggio bici al di sotto dell’hotel. Per noi é stata una buona scelta.

Checked into my room and it wasn't fully 'serviced' - I was missing a kettle and water for my room. It was late in the evening but I went and asked reception if I could get one and they said no because they were the only person on the desk at that time. I asked if there was anywhere I could get a coffee in the morning and they said the airport which I found quite unhelpful as I wasn't going there.
