The hotel is very well located. The room was very beautifull, clean and they have a lot of amenities. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. The combination of buffet breakfast with à la carte breakfast is also very good. Definately will choose this hotel again for a stay in Valencia.

We booked the junior suite for 3 nights. Room was spacious, clean, good turndown service. Only downside is maybe the noise from the street, but at night things do calm down, so we did manage to sleep well. Rooftop bar is very nice. Food in the bar very tasty as well. Location is perfect in the city center with the old city within walking distance. Would surely recommend the hotel!

Wonderful hotel centrally located for shopping and sightseeing. As others have mentioned, the service is outstanding from check in, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff too. The breakfast is fantastic - there is an extensive menu to order from but they are happy to customize for your needs. Little touches like sleeping masks, pillow spray, chocolates every evening make it a special place to stay. Highly recommend!!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Just everything about it was perfect. The room was stunning! I was staying there for the marathon and the hotel was so good at doing everything possible to support runners with early breakfast and late check out which was very much appreciated. The staff were so helpful and gracious. The in room amenities were so plentiful, everything you could imagine. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy. We used the 1 hr spa circuit for 2 people which was such a treat for a reasonable fee.
The interior design was 5 stars. Aged bronze detail on so many surfaces, including the hallway and elevators.
