The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel feels like a little Oasis of calm in the city. Decor is so classy and room clean and spacious. Inparticular loved the roof top bar with its wonderful view of the city, cocktails were also excellent. Will definately recommend and be back ourselves.

Great hotel v well located for the Centre and Tube. Excellent local shops and restaurants. Hotel was great and would stay again - shame that rooftop bar that we were looking forward to was not open .

Overall, the property is a great find. It’s in a fantastic location. The restaurant is absolutely wonderful both its breakfast and its dinner menu. The upstairs bar has great views. . I like that it has a spa though I didn’t use it. The gym is high-end with wooden equipment, but not particularly functional. The only drawback was the front desk staff were hit and miss in terms of friendliness.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent room and bed. However, there was a pervasive sewer smell in the lobby. I think it was from outside, as much of Valencia smells in the heat. But it ruined the experience to have to walk through it everyday.

The hotel is very well located. The room was very beautifull, clean and they have a lot of amenities. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpfull. The combination of buffet breakfast with à la carte breakfast is also very good. Definately will choose this hotel again for a stay in Valencia.

We booked the junior suite for 3 nights. Room was spacious, clean, good turndown service. Only downside is maybe the noise from the street, but at night things do calm down, so we did manage to sleep well. Rooftop bar is very nice. Food in the bar very tasty as well. Location is perfect in the city center with the old city within walking distance. Would surely recommend the hotel!

Location was fantastic. Clean bathrooms, very comfortable beds, good air conditioning in summer heat. Reception area has a faint smell of sewage that hits as soon as you walk in. We chose it also for summer evenings on the roof & pool but only after arriving were we told they were under construction & inaccesible. They strictly adhere to maximum # of guests per room due to insurance reasons. We booked king bed in a junior suite but had to get an additional room since we had a young child. Fortunately many hotels/Airbnbs in the vicinity to book a room for either my husband or me. A couple of days into the trip, a junior suite accommodating 3 people opened up so we were together as a family for bedtimes & mornings. The junior suites vary in number of people permitted. Call the hotel ahead to confirm! If you’re 2 parents with young child/children, book directly with the hotel than through third parties or you may have a similar situation searching for another hotel once you get to this hotel.

We booked the Estimar hotel and on short notice got relocated to the SH Ingles hotel due to a „technical issue“. SH ingles in itself was a clean hotel in a good location but was definitely missing the pool, the roof terrace, the gym. Essentially all the items, we booked the Estimar for. Also, SH had super loud rooms with paper thin walls, which was an big nuisance. No compensation for the forgone services and minor quality of the replacement hotel was offered. Not happy about how this played out!

Wonderful hotel centrally located for shopping and sightseeing. As others have mentioned, the service is outstanding from check in, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff too. The breakfast is fantastic - there is an extensive menu to order from but they are happy to customize for your needs. Little touches like sleeping masks, pillow spray, chocolates every evening make it a special place to stay. Highly recommend!!
