Air conditioning wasn't working the first two nights. Couldn't change rooms as whole floor was out and it was fully booked at the time. Once it was fixed it was fine. Rooms are basic but beds are comfortable, no wardrobe as such (just a few fixings to hang up clothes but only a handful of hangers), and a couple of shelves.

Great location (everything within walkable distance, supermarket right next door and 10 mins from subway) Friendly staff Clean room Nice shower Good AC Comfy bed The coffee machine and vending machines in the foyer are a nice touch We weren’t bothered about cleaning not being included, just cleaned the room ourselves and got fresh towels from reception. Minimal storage but not an issue for us as we just had a small suitcase each. Basically feels like a nice, private student accom room. Would reccomend :)

It's a new build, so everything looks new. It's a budget hotel, so nothing in the room but a bed & table. Coffee etc is in the reception area. The room had aircon, but it hardly made a dent and none of the windows opened. Breakfast was extra, but plenty of places to eat nearby instead.

They don’t mention anywhere online when you’re booking that the AC is turned off at 9 am til 6 pm and when it’s on it barely works. The hotel is great but theirs basically no AC. I had to buy a portable Fan to sleep at night cause I was sweating. Worse part is that the windows are bolted shut so I couldn’t even use the outside temperature to cool my room.

The "easy" in their name means easy for them, difficult for you. No phone in the room, so if you need something you had to go down to the front desk. Cleaning only once every 4 days. The AC would turn off every hour during the day and there wasn't a window to open. So, if you left the room at 8:30a and returned at 4p, the room would be hot and stuffy on warm days. Also, checkout was at 10a instead of noon like all the other hotels we stayed at in Spain. They also charged for early check-in, even if it was only 1 hour. Overall, everything they do they try to make it sound like they're doing it for the environment, when in reality it is just for the money. Easy for them, difficult for you.

El hotel queda en una zona un poco escondida, con calles angostas. Está limpio aunque la habitación es demasiado pequeña, apenas caben abiertas 2 maletas y no queda espacio para caminar. Para pasar una noche, está muy bien.
