Hotel was ok for 1 night. Location was great, walking distance to many attractions like the cathedral. Room and bathroom was small and very basic. We were told that if we went out the key to our room had to be left at the front desk, which was a bit odd. Did not have a safe. They did have an elevator but was very small, for 2 people or 1 person with a suitcase. Would not recommend for a long stay.

The hotel is in a great location in regards to transport, attractions and restaurants. While very basic the staff were very helpfull and all the facilities were very clean.

This hotel, was very convenient in regards to getting around the city. Only an 8 min walk from the metro station. But unfortunately the hotel it’s self was very run down, the single room I was put in, wasn’t even in the photos on the website, and I can see why. 😅 It’s tiny, and not in the best condition, could definitely do with being updated, with the decor and maintenance of the building. This hotel had a lift, and The staff were very friendly.

It is very well located, and the attention is pretty good, however the beds and pillows are a little too hard to rest well. Breakfast is good, but it could have a little more protein options to make it more complete likes eggs.

Convenient location and very walkable with several good and varied restaurants to choose from. For €5, the continental breakfast is a good deal and yogurt and fruit is also offered. The staff is friendly and helpful when assistance or information is needed. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily. Overall , a good hotel in a very good location. Travelling solo, my room was really small and the bathroom was even smaller….. If I were to stay here again, I would get a double room as my single one was not much bigger than a capsule in Asia

Great staff. You get what you pay for. Super thin walls meant hearing everything in the rooms adjacent and in the hall. Weirdly had to leave your key with staff every time you leave the hotel, wasn’t comfortable with this but had no issues as staff were there 24/7, inconvenience more than anything.

Awesome staff, great value buffet continental breakfast. Quiet room with good aircon but smaller than it looked omn the pictures. Would stay again, great value compared to others around it. 5 min walk to train stations and old town.

Location was absolutely perfect. Right beside city hall and a busy town square with lots of restaurants nearby. Max 15 min walk to all the big train stations and tourist attractions. Hotel was basic but very clean and quiet. 24 hour front desk and luggage storage room was great. Breakfast included some prepackaged pastries, toast, yogurt, and drinks (coffee, juice, milk). For what we needed, it was simple but a great stay.

Good location and value

Great location and low price. But, you get what you pay for. The room was a little cheaply finished, slightly shabby in places and just big enough. It was clean though, and the bed was comfortable, though slightly firm. The bathroom was similar, bath tub with a plug was welcome though and the water was hot. The breakfast was basic but enough for my needs, juice, fruit and toast for €5. Decent value for a reasonable price.

Excellent location, staff and cleanliness. Room and bathroom are incredibly small and noisey. If you have only one suitcase it may workout. If you have a phone charger, you may have to disconnect the TV or plug it into the bathroom.

This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around Valencia. I booked a single room and the room size was fine. The room and bathroom were clean. The shower had great water pressure. I felt safe there, traveling alone. Staff were helpful. My only complaint is the bed, which was as hard as a rock, so I could not sleep comfortably. My back suffered all 3 nights there.

It definitely budget. The room was fine. Staff not overly friendly and breakfast awful. The breakfast is not worth what you pay for it. You can get something fresh for half the price nearby.

Best bed, worst WiFi.

Bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic. WiFi was poor, but managed to connect to get what I needed. The room was decorated with Michael Jackson, so if that is a problem for you let them know when you book. There seemed to be breakfast available, so check when you book or check-in. We weren’t offered it.

Excellent location. Property felt more like a hostel than hotel. Would not mind, 30 years ago but not now. Clean but beds were hard and uncomfortable. I have sleeping issues, so would not recommend. Very rare for me.

Affordable, great location, no frills, it’s just a place to sleep. The room was small, which was not an issue for me. However, I could not find any outlet in the room. So I could only charge my phone/watch/tablet in the bathroom. You would think there’s an outlet near the bed. There wasn’t any. That was very inconvenient. The location is wonderful. Easy walk to landmarks.
