This was the most awful hotel we ever stayed at The room smelled bad, the soap in the shower was empty and the breakfasts was very bad not worth the price. Never again we will book at Premier Classic again.

Arrived after midnight. It took the lady 30 minutes to find our reservation, after telling us multiple times that there was no reservation. Then she could not find that it was already paid for. So she told us her colleagues probably messed up things. Then she went out for at least five minutes to find out what happened to our reserved room. Turned out it was given to someone else. So she had to give us a different room, that was fortunately still available. She apologized, but all this fuss was so unnecessary, time consuming and very unprofessional. After 45 minutes we could finally !!!!!!! go to bed. Unacceptable!!! We were the only ones there to check in. Never again at this place!

Il y a des rats dans les chambres qui rentrent par les cĂąbles de la climatisation
 MĂȘme si l’hĂŽtel nous a changĂ© de chambre, c’est un trĂšs gros manque d’hygiĂšne, et surtout un risque de maladie qu’il y ait des rats qui puissent se balader dans la chambres et toucher nos affaires personnelles. Je pense que l’hĂŽtel devrait prendre en compte ce type d’alerte et faire dĂ©ratiser les lieux trĂšs rapidement avant que ce soit le service d’hygiĂšne qui se charge de venir faire une inspection.. Autant nous pouvons ĂȘtre tolĂ©rant sur beaucoup de choses, mais lĂ  c’est inadmissible et je me dois le signaler.
