Very nice check in. Super friendly and helpful manager and receptionist. Loved the accessible coffee and ice. Room deordorizer smell overwhelming at first, but nice to know it had been disinfected well. Easy access to marina, restaurants, museum, fish hatchery, and downtown. Felt safe.

The room was older but very clean and furnished with all the necessities. The breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. They even changed our flat tire and helped us find a repair shop.

Older property but clean and convenient for one night stay before catching ferry from Valdez. Price was higher than I expected for property and area but due to short tourist season I understand this is how it goes. Front desk staff was kind and friendly.

Not many options to choose from - Valdez is amazing and wherever you stay you will be happy as long as you get out there and explore! This hotel was decent - pretty clean, but older and a bit musty smelling. Breakfast was good, shower sounded like it was going to explode but was hot and did the job. Great location - definitely over priced for the type of hotel it is.

Very good for the price. Staff was incredibly helpful. Updated interior, dont let the older exterior fool you. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Great for families. Right across the street from the Valdez museum and walking distance to everyrhing in town and the water front.

Clean! Loved the lonens and thick towels! The front desk coul not of been nicer-more friendly-or helpful. Great staff. Breakfast was delicious. Young man doing breakfast was so friendly. We would go back! Good place to be, central location. Valdez was amazing! There is no elevator and entrance has no safety rails.

They had a wonderful breakfast! Hot and delicious! Plenty of parking! Staff was friendly! The bathroom needed updating, the sink had cracks. Shampoo bottle had black in top, like mold. So a bathroom remodel would make it really a nice place to stay!
