What a fantastic hotel. The rooms are perfect. Pool area is great for relaxing ( with some fantastic mojitos!). The view has to be a wow factor for this property, I’ve never experienced one like it!

The hotel has a beautiful view and the pool was nice, although smaller than expected. Breakfast was decent, but there were too many cakes and sweet pastries, with limited Western breakfast options. Food refills were also quite slow. The drinking glasses at breakfast often had visible water marks and didn’t look properly clean, which could be improved. The hotel would benefit from some renovation to keep it looking fresh. The staff at reception were polite but not particularly warm or welcoming. On the other hand, the bar staff were excellent – very friendly and provided great service. The location is peaceful, but having a car is almost essential if you want to get around easily. Overall, it was an acceptable stay with a lovely view, but there is definitely room for improvement

Very helpful and friendly staff, happy to accommodate any requests. Great location with stunning views but only on the garden side. The mountain side is so-so, overlooking the parking road and, well, a mountain slope. Decent spa, good massages. Dinner: antipasti and pasta were good, secondi (swordfish and another fish) very disappointing.

Perched on a hill overlooking the ocean, this property is situated between Trapani and Erice. The rooms are mostly small with small balconies. Breakfast is ok but nothing remarkable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is isolated due to its location. But good for those who simply want to relax and unwind.

Was a great place to stay. The room was clean and very large. Park at the door. Easy choice for this area. No hassle place to stay. Drove up to Erice in 15 or so minutes. If you do that, go early top be able to park.

Clean quiet with lovely views

Beautiful views from the room. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Very quiet location, made a good base to travel around the area. Good breakfast. Our room was a little tired , probably just due to the wear and tear of the season. I am sure that this will be addressed as everything is well maintained.

Very pretty hotel with gorgeous views. Unfortunately we got a room with some issues in the bathroom that we were not told about. When coming back from breakfast, there was a handy man in our room with all kinds of supplies for a longer period of time and we were unable to use the bathroom or room for that time. Communication was difficult due to language barrier but it ultimately was resolved and otherwise everything was fine.

Was truly excited for our stay at this highly rated resort. When it comes to location & facilities I couldn’t agree more, it’s gorgeous and provides an unforgettable experience. However, it’s disappointing when it comes to consistency of providing 5 star service. Some of the staff is wonderful but others are not. Especially when it comes to the restaurant, the food is mediocre and unappetizing. I would not recommend their restaurant if you want good Italian cuisine & would also warn you that the concierge will not provide you with the best way to spend your time at the resort.

The pluses: the views were amazing and the proximity to Erice was convenient. The breakfast was pretty good.though it wasn’t kept stocked… if you got there near the end, you got whatever was left and the staff started putting it anway 30 minutes before the stated end time. The bed - while pretty in crisp white linens - was hard and thin. To be fair, we stayed in four hotels this trip and only had a comfortable bed in one so maybe I just have different mattress expectations than the locals. My only MAJOR complaint was the air conditioning. Though you could set it for 19-24 degrees centigrade (66-74), it never got cool - if I had to guess it was 26 (78 ). I asked the desk for help and the lady was indifferent. When I woke at 4am sweating and sought relief in the nighttime lobby, the night clerk did what he could and reset the AC. I don’t know what the issue was but suspect the AC turns off with a timer or perhaps with the bedside switches (for eco-reasons?). Anyway, sleeping was NOT a pleasure here.

Beautiful setting, but disappointing service for a 4-star hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location, a stunning view over western Sicily and pleasant facilities. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star property. We were told at reception that the tap water was not drinkable, but there was no clear warning in the bathroom or near the tap. When we asked for free drinking water, we were told the only options were paid bottles from the minibar or bar. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. It was paid as part of our room package, but the quality and variety were extremely weak: industrial pastries that did not taste fresh, poorly cooked boiled eggs, average scrambled eggs, dry bacon, industrial juices, no fresh juice, and fruit that was not ripe, cut or well presented. Having stayed in much cheaper hotels, this was one of the worst breakfasts I have experienced. The restaurant was basic, with average service and food that did not feel properly cooked. The daytime bar was disappointing too: limited drinks menu, no fresh juices, high prices for the quality, staff often absent, and long waits for simple orders. Snacks were only available from 11:00 to 14:00, with nothing in the afternoon. The Wi-Fi was unstable, with uneven coverage and weak signal near the pool. In the room, there were only three hangers for two people, and the hairdryer barely worked and was poorly fixed to the wall. Beautiful setting, but not 4-star level.
