The young man managing the location was excellent. He made us feel so at home and was interested in how we were doing. We also loved his dog, Percy. He recommended the restaurant in the hotel and we had an amazing three course dinner. He is truly a special person and many people will return to the hotel because of him.

The room was very nice! The front desk staff, it so helpful. Our toilet got clogged and was told helpful would be on the way. 1 hour later someone finally showed up with a plunger! In fact they told me to leave the plunger two doors down because apparently they needed it too. Not a fun morning needless to say!

Sleek. Great for amenities - sauna, steam, workouts etc. full gym to the nines. Nice staff/ nicer dogs. Downfalls: parking costs, dog stains on room carpet (pet friendly), and everything closes early (amenities and restaurant/bar). If you have a pet, are early to bed and rise and don’t want to miss working out on the go/ this is the place for you. Also very convenient location.

The hotel was great so beautiful and the amenities are awesome they have Spa , cold plunge and Sauna , but we had the worst experience ever . We checked in and went to our room and while in the room being intimate with my wife the housekeep manager opened the door on US with out even knocking . They offered us an apology and a bottle of champagne like that’s how much it cost for someone to look at my wife naked . The hotel manager when I went to try to fix things said your wife was not naked because to his definition my wife being in a gstring and no bra was not the definition of naked . Hotel was beautiful but our experience was horrible

The room was nice but the coffee maker was just a hot water carafe for steeped coffee which was not good. Had to go out for coffee which we prefer to have in the room. Staff was just one person for check in so we had to find parking offsite because he was unable to do valet as well. Felt understaffed for Oktoberfest weekend. Great location though and nice property.

The amenities were amazing… just got done w the heavy half marathon in Leadville and this was an added bonus. Hit the compression sleeves, sauna and hot tub to recover. Side note, had dinner at the hotel, and food was over cooked and over priced for the amount of food received. But the hotel was amazing💥
