We had a wonderful stay! The hotel features a modern and stylish interior design that feels both elegant and comfortable. The swimming pool is fantastic, with a beautiful view that makes it the perfect place to relax. The staff were truly great. Highly recommended!

We were really excited to stay at the Passport Hotel, considering the reviews, the value and the fact we had our own private pool. Overall, we loved our stay and had a great time in North Goa. There are some things the hotel could do better and some things they've really nailed. The staff are incredibly friendly and very passionate about the food and cocktails. Everything we ate and drank was delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful when approached and genuinely cared about whether we were having a good time. I personally loved the breakfast service and we ate lunch by the pool twice (heavenly). We felt the overall service lacked a little: from our room not being cleaned - we stayed for 3 nights - having to proactively ask for clean towels, to laundry not being collected and private courtyard area constantly being soaked from the rooftop pool. Had we stayed for longer, we'd have asked to move rooms as the 'private pool room' is 001 which is on the ground floor, right by the Mini Bar space in the lobby, so isn't super private and the pool not super usable. I think if you consider the price of the hotel and the fact you're getting a room, breakfast and a roof top pool, you're very lucky. You just have to be proactive with the service areas you value. We would definitely recommend and would go back.
