“Great location and hotel”

“Exceptionally beautiful and friendly. Loved the stay!”

“The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.”

“Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended.”

“The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool.”

“We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright. Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape. The staff was nice and helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that the bathroom towels should be changed because they were stained and not white anymore. Despite of this I totally recommend...

“We were really excited to stay at the Passport Hotel, considering the reviews, the value and the fact we had our own private pool. Overall, we loved our stay and had a great time in North Goa. There are some things the hotel could do better and some things they've really nailed. The staff are incredibly friendly and very passionate about the food and cocktails. Everything we ate and drank was delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff were helpful when approached and genuinely cared about...

“Flash hotel, nice and modern. Breakfast buffet was incredible, one of the best ive seen. Other restaurent wasnt all that and drinks and coctails were not good. (Not cold enough) We were served warm beer on welcome.”

“They canceled our reservation as our plane was landing. When we called to tell them our arrival time, they said they were closed for renovations. I'm not sure what to believe, but we had no other communication with them. No follow-up, no apology.”
