Cabins were very nice, can tell the place was just built in the last few years. Friendly and courteous staff, great restaurant. Town was very small and cute, easy to walk with cute cafes and dinning options.

Worth the journey

Fabulous hotel. Amazing location with spectacular views. The room was superb, the restaurant had delicious food. Maybe a little difficult to reach, but definitely worth the effort.

Beautiful hotel. Less than a year old and beautifully decorated. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. Breakfast was great as well. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in the most amazing location and the room was lovely but the best thing of all was the lovely and friendly staff. AND the heavens performed as we were eating dinner - the most wonderful aurora!

I loved the new property with beautiful, spacious rooms overlooking the water. Super friendly staff with great attention to detail. Location is ideal with easy, available parking and short walk to everything Henningsvaer has to offer.

What an amazing hotel! I stayed here for 6 nights whilst attending a wedding nearby and had the benefit of being upgraded to a suite - the room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed and huge lounging sofa looking out across the harbour. The breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of local Norwegian produce in addition to the classic items. The staff were also very kind and helpful with great tips on local activities and a friendly welcome. I would definitely stay again!

Great cozy rooms, but no TV

Nice hotel and great room with comfy bed, but our room didn’t have a nice view and I found it weird that none of the rooms have a TV. I like to watch the news in the morning and also when it’s rainy watch a movie or series, so it felt weird to not have this option, which is a standard in most hotel rooms.

Fabulous, spacious luxury suite

After all the functional but simple accommodations encountered through scandinavia for not-basic cost, to actually find a true luxury accommodation came as a pleasant surprise. So much room! We had an Ocean View suite which was right on the corner. I would recommend asking for second story suite, we were on the boardwalk and occasionally people walked past our gorgeous large windows. I think the picture Hotels.com is using as I write is the room we were in. Expensive but fabulous. Breakfast lovely setting, adequate food (not a fan of Nordic breakfasts!)
