Un hotel con mucha clase, muy atentos un poco alejado pero tomar taxi es fácil. Si el objetivo es conocer el salar es un lugar excelente para descansar.

This hotel is great, I never expected something like this in Uyuni, is super clean, the service is awesome, the bed is very comfortable and warm, they have heaters in the room so you don’t suffer the cold, specially if you are coming from days of expedition in the altiplano.

Great hotel at Uyuni

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, clean and great room, very spacious and comfortable! Staff is excellent and good management. Tours office for Uyuni is at the hotel, hence it is quite easy to communicate and coordinate hotel and tour! Highly recommended!

Great for after a salt tour!

We were sooo happy to check in to this hotel after 3.5 days of being in a car for hours and hours and barely any sleep on a tour from Tupiza. The room was gorgeous, clean, with the comfiest bed and pillows, big shower and bathtub and Netflix on tv! Breakfast was included in the price, wifi was strong, the only downside is it’s about 15 minutes walk from the town centre but it’s only about 10bs by taxi if you don’t feel like walking. We would definitely stay again and recommend

We had a great night sleep, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful but I'd come prepared with lots of spanish. Only downsides were that it was quite further out of town than we expected when looking on a map, and we thought although small, it's generally normal in other hotels to not charge for a small bottle of water each in the room.

Hotel is very nice and new. Breakfast is decent. Location is a little far from the town center, but taxi is available whenever you need it. We tried walking to the town center but it is very dusty every time theres a vehicle passing by. Our room is a little noisy from upstair neighbor as the flooring is made of wood and you can hear the steps and everything thats dropping on the floor. I guess the owner lives upstairs with kids playing.

New and beautifully decorated hotel. Large, well-appointed room, modern bathroom, in room seating, and plenty of space. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. On the negative side, the hotel still seems to be under construction, so there was lots of building noise during the day. Also quite a bit of noise from whoever lives upstairs with their kids. The hotel is on the very edge of town in Uyuni. Outside, it's a dusty desolate wasteland and about a 10 minute walk back to the town center. Whilst the breakfast was excellent, the 'restaurant' menu was limited and poor quality.

Property with very few rooms. Rooms are clean. Lots of outlets. Breakfast has limited options. A lot of noise from the top floor. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom tub/shower combination very difficult to enter and exit. Water pressure very low. We stayed for two nights and there was no room service offered. Outside area not nice but inside was clean and comfortable. No A/C.

When we arrived at the hotel late night after our tour in uyuni, they told us our rooms were cancelled and we should have received notification from Expedia, which we didn’t, so we had to find another hotel at late in the night, how unprofessional of them to cancel the rooms on us. No one should ever book there, NOR should Expedia allow them to list rooms, because they are owned by a local tour operator call joker expeditions, that probably prioritizes their tour folks for the rooms.

Hotel to avoid

Good hotel however there were issues. We were trying to check in just slightly earlier than the standard time and they told us the room was not available, however they added if we were prepared to pay some money the room could become immediately available which I thought was quite poor. Then when we finally got into the room there were people hammering very noisily all day! It was basically impossible to rest. So I'd say all in all a hotel to avoid.

For two days prior to our arrival, we messaged this hotel through expedia to inquire about the use of credit cards to pay for our stay. They did not respond at all. We arrived on the night of our stay only to be told they would charge a 10 per cent--TEN PER CENT--surcharge for using a Visa Card. We are used to paying 2 to 3 per cent in Bolivia, but 10 per cent is highway robbery. We left and found a hotel downtown, the Hotel Rey David, which is a great place to stay.

El hotel es super pequeño y alejado del centro considerando la poca frecuencia de taxis. El dia que llegamos fue muy temprano 6:30am. Nosotros dias antes tratamos de contactarnos con la propiedad para ver si podíamos tener un early check in, pero no tuvimos respuesta. Llegar ahi y no tener una habitación hasta la hora del check in fue bastante incomodo. Como el hotel esta alejado del centro tuvimos que pagar para el desayuno con ellos, aparte que todos los lugares estan cerrados. El desayuno Buffett - es bastante reducido asi como el espacio. El personal del hotel es amable, y las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Hay mucha agua caliente, y la habitación se mantiene muy adecuada en temperatura. Si vas a salir del hotel tienes que dejar tus llaves en el lobby, y te las devuelven a tu regreso. Nosotros solo estuvimos 1 noche, pero muy recomendable que si vas a llegar muy temprano es posible que no tengan habitaciones disponibles para un early check in ya que el hotel es pequeñito y te recomendaría hacer book con un dia antes.
