“Anuncian un spa que no está en funcionamiento, nada funciona. Saunas apagadas, hammans clausurados etc Gente chillando en la piscina del spa, niños saltando y comiendo... Otros huéspedes se iban quejando y nadie hacía nada. Habitaciones llenas de polvo, aires que no funcionan, literalmente nos quedanos con algún pomo de puerta en la mano. En fin, un hotel bonito con un mantenimiento muy pobre.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all very kind and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. A special thanks to Gulin, who was extremely friendly and caring. She often played with our baby and comforted him with such warmth. On our last day, when she found out that his birthday was coming up, she surprised us with a small cake and candle — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special.”

“Lots of excellent staff, in all aspects of hoteling. Great selection at self serve breakfast, and tasty restaurant. Must take the opportunity for a spa massage with Turkish bath. 24:hours later and my skin and muscles are still tingling.”
