personnel très sympathique, agréable et professionnel qui compense la vétusté de l’hôtel et le manque d’entretien: jacuzzi qui fuit dans la salle de petit déjeuner, pas d’eau chaude ni de pression pour la douche du soir, fuite d’eau du toit dans la chambre ….personnel à l’écoute mais impuissant… À noter également que les zones communes (piscine réception salon…) sont totalement fermées de 12h à 16h. Si la météo est défavorable, vous êtes contraint de rester dans votre chambre. Séjour correct pour un 2 étoiles grâce essentiellement à La bonne humeur et la gentillesse d’Estelle !!

Personnel tres sympathique, agreable, serviable et professionnel qui compense la vétusté de l'hotel et le manque d'entretien : jacuzzi qui fuit dans la salle de petit dejeuner, pas d'eau chaude ni de pression le soir apres le ski, fuite de la toiture dans la chambre.... le personnel a été à l'écoute de nos petits soucis mais impuissant. A noter egalement, que les zones communes (piscine, reception, restaurant, salon) sont entierement fermés de 12h a 16h ! Sejour correct grâce essentiellement à la bonne humeur, la gentillesse et l'efficacite d' Estelle (merci Estelle !)

Beau, calme et agréable

Tres bel endroit Arrivée de nuit et sous la pluie dans une chambre bien équipée, décorée et confortable. Belle surprise au reveil face aux montagnes. Salle de petit dej en chalet ensoleillé. Tres agreable. Buffet ben garni. Personnel souriant et disponible. Vraiment un bel établissement.

Nous recommandons pour son calme

Excellent petit hôtel avec piscine couverte. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ainsi que le dîner du soir au restaurant. Un personnel très accueillant bien que les horaires de l'enregistrement soit tard : à partir de 16h00. Nous étions nombreux à attendre depuis 15h00 (horaire habituel dans les autres hôtels). Sinon nous conseillons cet endroit au calme. Le gros plus : un parking moto est disponible sous surveillance vidéo.

De passage pour une étape en août. Nous étions venus l'année dernière en juillet pour une étape également. Nous avions beaucoup aimé le cadre, la chambre, le restaurant, la piscine et surtout le tarif. Cette année le tarif avait malheureusement presque doublé ! Par contre le top du top le petit déjeuner.

Il manque une direction efficace. L'équipe salariée fait ce qu'elle peut mais elle a besoin d'une direction présente sur place qui n'existe pas. C'est dommage car l'établissement a un beau potentiel. Les salles de restauration sont belles, la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est tres agréable..Les chambres mériteraient d'être encore rénovées (menuiseries exterieures/sol), et l'accès des clients au restaurant par la seconde entrée de derrière doit être repensé : vue sur les bidons d'huile et les poubelles pas top.

Bon accueil chambre propre par contre les services de cet établissements bne sont plus a la hauteur nous venions chaque année mais ce sera la derniere piscine a 24 ° avec le globe de lumiere qui flotte meme si les branchement avaient l'airbien fait cest quand meme un risque, jaccuzzi et sauna en panne tapis de course en panne l'ambiance générale est moins conviviale. Nous avons tout de meme payé 149 euros la nuit au vu des prestation c'est léger

Joli hôtel, chambre agréable, petit déjeuner buffet varié et de bonne qualité. Mais la chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours ce qui est dommage, il n'y a pas de local à ski et la réception est fermée de 12h à 16h.

200 nuits d’hôtel par an c’est ma pire expérience

Réservation faites pour 2 chambres 1 seule chambre avait été réservée. La réceptionniste a dit que le problème venait de la centrale alors que mon appli spécifiait bien deux chambres. Après 1h30 d’attente il m’ont donné une chambre hors service : ménage fait à la va vite, araignée pas de miroir dans la salle de bain mitigeur de douche ingérable pas de tv état du carrelage en cours de rénovation avec béton apparent et un lit qui m’a donné mal aux reins pour 2 jours. Certes ils n’ont pas facturer cette chambre qui ressemblait plus à une cave mais cela a gâché ma soirée
