We stayed at HOTEL NEWITAYA for 3 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The location is convenient, with the train station about a 10-minute walk away and bus links just 2 minutes from the hotel. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, and several restaurants, making it easy to find food and essentials. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable during our visit. Considering the affordable room rates, it offered excellent value for money. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to other travellers.

A older hotel, but still nice. I found the pillows and bed to be too hard--I could feel the springs in the mattress. The hotel is clean and very well kept. The front desk staff were great and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. My small frustration was the parking fee. The charged ¥1000/night for parking which I thought was fine (¥1500 or more at most places). But then I discovered it was a local surface lot that only cost ¥700 for 24 hours. That just feels "cheap" on the hotel's part.
