The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in.

Although a bit dated, the hotel is a really good base of operations if you want to visit the surrounding area. Although the hotel itself is not really in a busy hub, it is close to a lot of nice places to go to, which makes it a great location for an active vacation. The rooms could be a bit beter lit, and they really should install some anti-mosquito measurements, judging by the blood spots on walls, ceiling and curtains.

This is a gem of a hotel tucked away in an industrial estate but indoors it’s quiet, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfy and clean and there’s a relaxed vibe. It’s a 10K walk to and through Maximapark but well worth it - just annoying that the nearest bridge over the motorway doesn’t allow bikes or pedestrians so you spend less time in the park.
