5 days 4 nights stay and i had to call everyday for someone to come unclog the bathroom shower. And no one came the first two days. And i was only able to take 10 minutes shower before i had to get out bc the shower would get full. And i did not wash my hair once bc i fear i would be left with shampoo in my hair due to me having to get out before the shower over-flooded. Which resulted in me not using the pool bc i wouldnt be able to wash my hair. Either then this the stay was okay.

Absolutely loved our room. The style and decor were very modern, especially loved the bed. The vanity was also really nice. We had a great view. The amenities were great and it was convenient that the theater was right downstairs. The line to check in was a little long, but other than that, everything was awesome.

Room didn't have air conditioning room was extremely uncomfortable

Never heard of a 150 dollar incidental fee per day charge other than that blowing my mind visit was amazing

Room was descent an update to the paint and caulk is needed. There were many spots (brownish) on the curtains maybe replace those. EVERYTHING cost I never experienced this . The room is available at 130pm check in is at 330 and you charge $30? Then check out is 11am I ask to check out at 1130 and you want to charge an additional $30! Then the staff hangs up the phone on us . I will never stay here again I won’t even begin on the pool area and the outrageous cost
