Słaby hotel w Ustroniu

Pobyt był krótki, zamiast zarezerwowanego podwójnego łóżka dostałem dwa pojedyncze, a dodatkowo kazano mi zapłacić 30 zł za parking który - zgodnie z opisem na stronie - miał być bezpłatny. Recepcjonistka wieczorem oschła i mało ugodowa. W łazience pleśń na zasłonie prysznicowej. Rano trochę lepiej - śniadanie bardzo dobre i obfite, dostałem też lunchbox na wynos, a recepcjonistka (inna niż ta wieczorem) była bardzo miła. Ogólnie - jestem trochę zawiedziony podejściem personelu do klientów, szczególnie że pobyt był w niskim sezonie (hotel prawie pusty) i można było bardziej się wysilić, żeby zachęcić klienta do ponownej rezerwacji pokoju. Standard hotelu to słabe cztery gwiazdki, na pewno nie pięć.
