Pontos positivos: Lençóis e toalhas estavam limpos. A calefação funcionava bem. A louça estava disponível e atendia às necessidades básicas. Banheiro limpez e sem saboneteira para deixar sabonete. Pontos a melhorar: A rua é um pouco barulhenta e, em alguns momentos, houve barulho vindo dos vizinhos. Os móveis apresentavam manchas e sinais de desgaste. No segundo andar, a calefação deixava o ambiente excessivamente quente. A louça, apesar de funcional, era bastante simples e não formava conjuntos completos. Negocie bem o checkout porém não deram nada a mais
