Ushuaia-The End of The World

My stay was decent at Gente del Sur; I stayed here because it was convenient and close to the port. The apartment would accommodate 4 people; 2 - twin beds and one queen size bed. The room was divided by a cubby system with hanger space (on both sides of the room), which divided the room in half. There was a full kitchen, bathroom, and a living room/ TV with a small eating area. Two blocks to the center of town… No complaints initially…at night, when you turned on the light in the bedroom area, the lights blinked on and off all night. I tried to unscrew the lightbulbs, but that did not work. I turned the lights off and used the desk light on the opposite side of the room to have a dim light at night. The following day, I contacted the office to let them know about the blinking light. They asked me if the electrician could come when I was
