Great location as all points of interest are within walking distance. Shopping, tours, bars, restaurants, the pier, and the park are all close by including food trucks. Also tour buses and tour agencies are within walking distance. The breakfast is good while the spa and bar are open until 22:00 and 23:00 respectively.

Great spot in Ushuaia. It is across the street from the pier where all the water tours depart. It is one minute from the main street in town and a short ride from the airport. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly dinner in the restaurant was terrific.
