The property for Ushuaia - right on the main street across from the Beagle Channel, with easy access to anywhere you want to go in the city and beyond. Expedia Gold members get $28 off at the spa, which is the exact price of a one hour full body deep tissue massage - the deal of the century in my opinion. Not to be missed.

Fabulous

The hotel is centrally located and the perfect place to stay before a cruise. The restaurant is also terrific. The breakfast could be a bit better. The room was great. The service amazing. I had a great massage in the spa. I really enjoyed my stay.

Good location bad checkout

Perfectly located close to the Main Street and harbor. Breakfast not great at all, very industrial nothing standing out . Big issue with checkout at 10am: really too early (never seen that in such standard hotels in my life) and as it’s just at the end of breakfast time, huge queue with only 1 person for checkout… to be changed!

In the Middle of Everything

This hotel is excellent. It’s right in the middle of everything. It’s only minutes from the shuttle vans to the National Park and booths for booking other excursions are even closer. Quaint restaurants and shops are near as well. Room was great. Cost was responsible.

The room was nice with a big closet but it was to hot for us so we had to open the window and the street is very noice specially the motorcycles (I think the same moto came everyday).

The restaurant is nice but definitely has scope for improvement - the restaurant staff are a bit disconnected borderlining on rude. No kettle in the room. I was told I could go get it anytime from the rsnt which was a pain (as our room was 4th floor, opposite end). But even there, the rsnt staff acted too fussy when I asked for hot water past 10pm. For the price we paid, I'd have expected more.

Good and well maintained hotel, but be aware that they do not have a working table and chair in the room. Makes it very difficult to to get any office work done. They did provide a small table and chair on request, but it was very difficult for me to work.

I really enjoyed my stay. Once the taxi driver drops me I realised it was the perfect localisation in Ushaia. As soon as I open the door I was welcomed by Edgar who took times to help me booked my excursions for my trip. The rooms are minimalist but perfect in size and tidy. You don’t go to ushaia to stay in the room..:) restaurant, and lobby is very welcoming with a nice view on the piers. The spa is very nice and super useful after days at sea or hiking. The woman managing the spa is really nice. Finally there was a cleaner who I did not get the name but despite not being his role was always smiling and welcoming. Every time I was going out of my room or to the restaurant or spa he was there, working hard and greeting me. Just little details like that make me happy when I stay somewhere..:) overall I really liked this hotel, the people and localisation in Ushaia

Todo increíble, camas muy cómodas! El desayuno se torna aburrido después de varios días, pero tiene lo básico. El spa muy bueno. Lo único es que decía que la habitación tenía aire acondicionado y no tiene, por el clima del lugar hay días que no lo amerita pero sería bueno aclararlo, únicamente tiene calefacción.
