Family friendly hotel with great facilities in a lovely location. Helpful staff and a reasonable price. Some elements are a bit tired but for the price we couldn’t really complain! Would recommend.

This hotel is very convenient to Fontainebleu. It's a straight shot and only about 10 miles away. It's also a nice little rural location with an adjacent farm with goats. There were horses nearby as well. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming and the rooms were nice and clean.

Nice hotel a few km away from Fontainebleau. Good amenities for kids (pool, billiards, foosball). Helpful to have a car to get around. They have a set of Tesla charging stations.

nice hotel, quiet, relaxing, good location

good location, on route to south of France, good hotel, good service, friendly personnel, good breakfast. easy to check in and out. Would have like the pool view as initially indicated at booking stage. Would have liked to have access to the pool and spa earlier. Overall nice stay, thank you to the staff. We hope the room service colleagues have appreciated Richard and the message in the safe : ) Have a nice day.

It’s a very nice location. Breakfast was super nice and staff was friendly. I was a bit disapointed by the spa and the fitness. There was no more running machine as described in the picture. Ok one could also run in the forest but I did not have much time. As for the room it was nice and big. Still had nighmares though but i dont know if it’s cause Im sensitive or because there was actually something wrong.

A very disappointing visit in a very shabby hotel. Room was at the far end of a very shabby building and through untidy corridors. Water cooler with no cups and coffee machines without coffee or cups. The room was clean but shabby. Flush on toilet hanging off the wall. QR code for hotel information not working. Restaurant has a very limited menu and many flies around it. My husband was ill the day after we stayed here. Can’t believe it has a 4 star rating. Staff were good.

Un naufrage cet hôtel

Je suis arrivé le soir, il n’y avait plus de gel douche, L’eau était tiède. La première heure était à l’image de mon expérience dans cet hôtel, calamiteuse. Parti à 10h avec le carton « merci de faire la chambre » revenu à 17h30 et la chambre n’était toujours pas faite. « On a du retard » à ce stade ce n’est plus un retard mais un manquement. J’ai finalement obtenu le ménage à 19h. L’eau est tiède, je n’arrive pas à avoir d’eau chaude, et quel que soit la position du mitigeur, la température ne change pas. Mais « tout est normal, ce sont des ballons d’eaux chaudes et on a du monde ce soir, vous aurez de l’eau chaude demain » (la technique, qui est passé à ma chambre, m’a confirmé que le mitigeur était cassé…). Le lendemain matin à 8h, sans trahir de secrets, la température était la même. J’avais une superbe baignoire, mais impossible de m’en servir. Le temps de la remplir l’eau était froide. La manager, qui m’expliquait qu’elle n’avait pas de chambre plus proche de la source d’eau chaude (j’avais la dernière chambre du bâtiment et du couloir, donc 100% des autres chambres disponibles étaient plus proches, et elle avait des chambres disponibles, vu qu’elle m’a expliqué qu’elle en avait mais que ça ne changerait rien, vu qu’elle n’était pas plus proches). Bref, j’ai perdu 2h de mon week-end à expliquer à ces gens, de manière courtoise et polie, que je passais un mauvais moment et que j’avais besoin de leur aide, je n’ai rien eu, hormis de la suffisance et du mépris.
