It was a great experience to stay at Suolo. If you are expecting a quite place you shouldn’t stay there but if you like tones of Turkish culture that’s your place. There is a great cocktail bar in the garden of the hotel which is called 1890. I highly recommend that place to everyone who loves cocktails and good music. Room was clean, cozy and designed perfectly. Staff members were lovely and very helpful in every little situation.

Beautiful hotel with management issues

Suolo is charming and upgraded so nicely but it has issue under the current management. - No one answered the door when we arrived at the hotel. There is a loud bar/restaurant courtyard and staff said they haven't heard the door because of music. - The wifi password information provided in the rooms were old. Considering they only have 5 rooms, it shouldn't be a big deal to keep the up-to-date information. - The artwork that was supposed to be on our wall was not there. There was a big nail instead. - The handheld shower head was fixed with a tape. - The courtyard bar is VERY VERY loud until late night. If you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel. - The breakfast was amazing. Even though staff won't tell you this, coffee is not free. - Their QR code menu was not working with no options of printed menu. Overall, this hotel is so beautiful at a great location. It is sad to see these management issues adding up.

cannot recommend this hotel more highly! everything here is done with great care and taste - the design and decorations are chic, the cocktails and especially the breakfast are delicious, and the staff are super kind. looking forward to returning again!

We spent 5 days at Suolo and loved it. Suolo is an old post office building and the interior is renovated while sticking to the original structure and this gives you this nostalgic yet romantic feeling. There are only 5 rooms which makes it very boutique and an intimate stay. Breakfast is included and perhaps the best gourmet breakfast you could have in Urla. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was amazing. Suolo is a hotel AND a restaurant serving great food and drinks. There is live music on the weekends. There is a carpark outside the hotel. Hotel is located on a street behind Urla Sanat Sokagi. It is super close to everywhere, yet far enough to be so peaceful. The rooms have a lot of amenities, from tootbrush to coffee shots. The only thing we didn't like in the room was the way bathroom was built. There was no ceiling covering the bathroom so we had no privacy while using the toilet. All in all, I strongly recommend this place.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık

Otelin konumu, konsepti ve odaları çok güzeldi. Ev misali odalara ayrılan tarzı, geniş alanlı ve yüksek tavanlı olması ekstra memnun etti. Rahat bir konaklama için ideal. Çevredeki müzik sesleri oda içinden duyuluyordu ancak müzik rahatsız edici değildi. Oda kapısı kalın ve ağır ahşap olduğundan kapatması zor, kilitlenince üst tarafı aralık kalıyordu. Banyoda biraz koku vardı ve duş başlığı ve ürünleri yenilenmeli. Otoparkının olmaması negatif ancak yakın mesafede yol üstüne park edecek alanlar var. Kaldığımız tarih itibariyle otel boş olduğundan çalışan sayısı da azdı.

Suolo konaklama ve restoran deneyimi

Suolo samimi ve oldukça keyifli bir adres. Restoranı da bir o kadar keyifli ve başarılı. Olumsuz yorumları okuduğumda çelişkiye düşmüştüm ama deneyimimden çok memnun kaldım. Gece oldukça sessiz ve huzurlu bir konaklama geçirdim. Kahvaltı ise hem görsel hem de lezzet açısından oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Personel ve hizmet kalitesinin de yüksek olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Urla'ya yolum düştüğünde kesinlikle tekrardan tercih edeceğim ve tavsiye edeceğim bir mekan.

Öncelikle işletmenin yanında gece yaklaşık 2-2.30a kadar çok yüksek sesli canlı müzik var, camı kapatsanız da uyumak mümkün değil müzik sanki odanın içinde çalıyor. Oda metrekaresi belirtilmemişti ve oldukça küçüktü valizlerimizi zor açtık. Banyo ve tuvalet kapısı panjur şeklindeydi tuvalet kullanılırken diğer kişinin çıkması gerekiyor. İlk gün duşun giderinde sorun olduğunu söyledim ancak ilgilenilmedi. Su ikramı sadece ilk gün yapıldı. Otelin önüne kadar arabayla gelinemiyor. Dış kapı da çok aralıklıydı içeriden dışarıya çok ses gidebiliyor keza dışarıdan içeriye de. Bunlar haricinde konumu çok iyiydi sanat sokağına birkaç adım mesafede.

5 odalı butik bir otel ancak arka bahçesindeki restoranında dj var ve gece 1'den önce müzik durmadı. Dinlenmek için gidiyorsanız bunu göz önünde bulundurmalısınız. Tuvalet kapıları panjur gibi :) çok izolasyon sağlamıyor flörtünüz ile gidecekseniz dikkat edin. Biz arkadaşımla dönüşümlü gittik odaya. Restoran yemekleri ortalama. Kokteyller çok iyi. İnsanlar güzel.

Bu defa memnun ayrılamadık

Daha önce de konaklama yapmıştık ve çok memnun kalmıştık. Ancak bu defa yaptığımız konaklamadan gürültü sebebiyle hiç memnun ayrılamadık. 3 gece konaklamamızın 2 gecesinde otelin kendi bahçesindeki işletmedeki DJ eğlencesi sebebiyle gece saat 2’ye kadar uyumak mümkün olmadı. Müzik camlar kapalı olduğu halde sanki odanın içinde çalıyor gibi aşırı yüksekti. Buna bir de işletmeye gelen konukların müziğe bağırarak eşlik etmesi de eklendi. Daha önceki konaklamamızda bahçede böyle bir işletme ve müzik yoktu aksine huzurlu bir ortamı vardı bu sebeple tercih etmiştik ancak bizim için bu defa hayal kırıklığı oldu. Bir sonraki Urla seyahatimizde üzülerek burayı tercih etmeyeceğiz. Otelin bilgi notu kısmında bahçesinde artık bir işletme olduğu ve belirli günlerde müzik olduğu not ile belirtilmeli.

Otel ve içindeki Restoran (1890 Urla) gerçekten Urla’nın en estetik mekanlarından, bu konuda oldukça tatmin olduk. Titiz bir çift olduğumuz için temiz olması da bizi mutlu etti, biz yokken de ayrıca odamız temizlenip havlularımız vs. yenilenmişti. İlk defa kahvaltı dahil olmayan bir yerde kaldık, mekan aramak uğraştırıcı ve Suolo’da kahvaltı yaptığımızda dahi hizmet bedeli ödemek mantıksız geldi; farklı bir işletme diye olabilir tabii ki ama fiyat/performans açısından kahvaltı seçeneği artı olurdu. Bunlar dışında çalışanlar bence kendi hallerinde, tatlı insanlardı. Teşekkürler.

Kötü bir konaklama deneyimi

Otopark yok, otopark için yardımcı oluyoruz diyip ücretli otoparka yönlendiriyorlar. Restoran/bar kısmında gece 1'e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çalıyor ve bu ses odaya geldiği için uyumak/dinlenmek mümkün değil. Havlular tahrip olmuş durumdaydı ve havlu askılıkları oynayıp durduğu için havlu aşmak mümkün değildi. Kahvaltı yok, ikram su/kahve sadece ilk gün için veriliyor sonra yenilenmiyor.
