Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The room I booked (with private pool) was not available when I arrived and they told me it wasn't their fault, but the system. They refused to cancel my booking and give my money back despite it not being my fault at all. They didn't speak English, just Turkish which made the discussion even more difficult.
