We booked a room for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). Upon arrival, it turned out that the reserved room was 2+1. We were given another 3+1 room, but it was worse. Without air conditioning and with a toilet behind a curtain. Breakfast was poor.

Otelde kaldığım odada klima yoktu pencere de yoktu aşırı havasızdı ayrıca otele giriş saati 14:00 olarak belirlenmesine rağmen odamın başka birine verildiğini söyleyip başka bir odaya geçmemi istediler kabul etmediğim takdirde 17:00 a kadar beklememi odayı o zaman boşaltıp temizleyebileceklerini söylediler diğer otellerde yer bulamadığım için mecburen bekledim ve kahvaltı vasattı

Es war alles sehr gut nur in den zimmer hat es gestunken nach schimmel vielleicht auch wegen den steinhaus , und es war nicht klimatisiert ganze nacht war schwül in zimmer. whirlpool hat nicht funktioniert nur 2 düsen.

Personel çok güleryüzlü ve samimiydi. Kaldığımız odada rahatımız ve konforumuz için herşey düşünülmüştü. Odalar temiz ve nezih idi. Çok güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik ben eşim ve minik bebeğimiz ile:))

Hasan and his staff run a lovely hotel, complete with a wonderful breakfast. The cave guest rooms are amazing, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is just as you want it. Hasan was very helpful arranging tours and transportation, and It is walking distance to the town square, which is a plus.

1 gece konaklamaı haftasonu kapadokya gezisi için ayarlamıştık ve gerçekten gerek ilgili olmaları gerekse de odamızın durumu bizi tatmin etti. önce superior odada hem jakuzi hem de şömine var sandık ama jakuzi ile yetindik ki o yetti. tavsiye ; önceden irtibata geçip hangi odayı istediğinizi belirtin çünkü tüm odalar ayrı ayrı çok güzel ve sade şekilde dizayn edilmiş. Özellikle tavan ve oda aksesuarları çok şıktı. konum olarak merkeze yakın, yol üstü. temizlik olarak iyi.
