Otel Ürgüp merkeze yürüyerek 1 dakika mesafede. Odalar tertemizdi. Oteldeki tüm çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverler. Kahvaltıda her şey tazeydi ve çeşit olarak yeterliydi. Tekrar gidersek ilk tercihimiz yine burası olur.

Otel gayet iyiydi. Odalar temizdi. Butik otel tarzında bir otel. Akşam oturacağız ve gökyüzünü izleyeceğiniz masalar var. Otel görevlisi yardımcı oldu. -otelde kahvaltı 8.30 da başlıyor. Erken çıkmak istediğiniz zaman kahvaltı yapamıyorsunuz. Yine de güzel bir deneyimdi. Teşekkürler.

Rezervasyon yaparken standart oda da özel banyo,jakuzi yazıyordu.Ben oda da jakuzi var diye satın aldım ancak otele gittiğimde oda da jakuzi olmadığını öğrendim. Resepsiyondaki yetkili ile görüştüm başka oda verelim ama ona da ayrı ücret ödersiniz diye bi seçenek sundu ve yüksek bi meblağ çıktı. Haklı olaraktan durumumu savundum ancak yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylediler. Bende sırf jakuzi yazdığı için kendimi dinlendirmek için bu odayı aldığımı ilettim.En sonunda 1 gün başka oda da bir gün standart oda da kalma konusunda anlaştık.Mağara odayı tavsiye etmem içerisi çok havasız ve basık ayrıca temiz değildi. Ne yalan söyleyim standart oda diğerine göre daha iyiydi.
