Our room was unique, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our breakfast, which had authentic Turkish options. Great coffee! The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our balloon flight and tour. My only suggestion would be some kids entertainment, especially on the days when weather isn't so good. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

Great value for stay with plenty of space in the family connected rooms. Kids loved the pool and the jetted bathtub. We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel, the fruit plate upon arrival, and the hotel restaurant, which had a good number of kid friendly and vegetarian options!

Oda gayet temiz ve düzenli hazırlanmıştı. 6 pet şişe su ve ikram meyve tabağı vardı. İkram kahve çaylarında çeşitleri yeterliydi. Geniş ve büyük odalar olmasına rağmen ısınma konusunda bir sorun olmadı. Biz kahvaltısını gayet yeterli bulduk, omlet ve gözleme seçeneklerinin ücretsiz şekilde kahvaltıya dahil olması çok iyiydi. Ekstra masaj yaptırdık ve fiyatı gayet normaldi. Lokantadan odaya yemek sipariş ettik gayet hızlı bir şekilde tabaklar kapalı, sıcak ve lezzetli şekilde getirdiler fiyatlarda bir otele göre normaldi. Personelin tamamı oldukça güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımcıydı. İlk girişte çay ikramı, yolculuğumuzun nasıl geçtiğine kadar sordular. Bütün ekibe çok teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı menüsü tazeydi. Odamızdaki jakuzide 2.defa girmeye kalktığımızda köpürtme fonksiyonundan kanalizasyon kokusu geldi ve hemen çıktık jakuziden. İlk seferinde olmamıştı ama. Alacart restorandaki yemekler de gayet iyiydi. Odamız içinde hamam olduğu için baya sıcaktı. Diğer arkadaşlarımızın odası çok soğukmuş. Teşekkürler.
