I like the design of the room and the property. The room is spacious, but there’s no air conditioning. The hotel provided a fan, but it wasn’t enough, at least, for us. I’m not sure why the room lacks air conditioning, but I’m not sure about the technicalities or complexities behind stalling an A/C in a cave. The staff is friendly, responsive and always tries to do their best to serve you. The food in the restaurant is great with good options.

Staff are very nice. The rooms were quite clean. Our room was on the lowest floor so the way up to reception was a bit of a hike but managable. They do charge for water after the first complementary water bottles. The view is beautiful. Great for touring Cappadocia if you're renting a car. Parking is super close too. Lighting in the rooms and washrooms is pretty dim.

Kahvaltı menüsü tazeydi temizdi ama biraz daha yöresel daha sağlıklı çeşitler olabilirdi. Kendi arabamızın olduğumuz için gidilecek noktalara gitmekte çok zorlanmadık. Rahatça ulaşım sağladık. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü çok yardımcıdılar. Hizmetleri ve davranışları çok iyiydi. Odalar gayet temiz konforlu ve kullanışlıydı. Biz iki gece advange odada gecede King suit’te kaldık. King suiti tercih etmemizin sebebi jakuziydi. Fakat ya jakuzi bozuktu yada ayarı garipti. Yarıdan fazla dolmadı.Bu sebeple motorları randımanlı çalışmadı. Bir sıkıntı daha klozet oturum yeri kırıktı bu da rahatsız ediyordu. Onun haricinde çok bütün ve düzenli kalması keyifli bir odaydı.Bu aksaklıklar haricinde güzel bir oteldi. Fiyat performans oteliydi.

Kapadokya’da konakladığımız bu otantik otelde 2 gece kaldık ve her anından büyük keyif aldık. Ortam gerçekten şahane; mimarisi, atmosferi ve odaların dokusu bölgenin ruhunu birebir yansıtıyor. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili, yardımsever ve kibar. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Kahvaltı oldukça keyifli ve lezzetliydi, güne böyle güzel bir başlangıç yapmak tatilimizi çok daha özel kıldı. Kısacası huzurlu, kaliteli ve sıcak bir ortam arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Tekrar Kapadokya’ya gelirsem hiç düşünmeden yine burada kalırım.
