We prefered a new and bigger hotel as opposed to a cave hotel in Cappadocia. The only downside is that the hotel is not very close to the main touristic attractions, but a car is needed in any case. Room, breakfast and gym/spa facilities were all amazing and the service was very attentive and professional. Highly recommend!

Otel oldukça konforlu ve temizdi. Mimarisine büyük bir özen gösterildiği her detayda hissediliyordu. Güvenlik konusunda da hassasiyetle düşünülmüş; özellikle yangına müdahale dolaplarının dikkatlice yerleştirilmiş olması güven vericiydi. Spa bölümü aileler için son derece uygun ve keyifliydi. Misafirperverlik ise gerçekten olağanüstüydü, kendimizi çok özel hissettik. Baştan sona huzur dolu ve kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi sundular

Konaklamamız boyunca otel personelinin misafirperverliği çok güzeldi. Her konuda güler yüzlüydüler. Tek sorunumuz odamızın -1. Katta olmasıydı. Rezervasyon sırasında da bu bilgi bizimle, Hotels.com ya da Alden Hotel tarafından paylaşılmadı. Paylaşılsaydı ona göre tercihimizi değiştirebilirdik. 29 Ekim haftası gittiğimiz için yoğunluktan oda değişikliği yapılamadı. Check out sırasında durumu belirttik ve resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar bir sonraki konaklamamız da üst katlardan oda verileceği notunu düştüler. Bunun dışında herşey çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.
