Even though we just stayed for one night, we had a really great time. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The location right in the old town of Urbino is magnificent. The breakfast in the nearby bar was great and you could choose everting you wanted. So we would recommend this place to anyone spending a few days in Urbino.

Two night stay, didn't want to leave. Coolest hotel, perfectly located. Fully modern chic but extremely comfortable design set within a historic building. Very helpful management. We didn't want to leave! Can't wait to return.

The staff was excellent, especially Giada at the front desk. She knew all the restaurants in town and was persistent in getting reservations for us. The room (first floor corner over the street) was modern and beautifully appointed. All of interior wooden shutters did not shut tight, so street light beams intruded onto bed at night. Bathroom modern and good fixtures, but literally no privacy door; just a sliding glass panel facing a window whose shutters had to remain closed because building across the street could see inside through the sheer curtains. Windows are old and single-paned, so street noise was audible all night, especially from Saturday revelers until 4 a.m. from the nearby piazza. Calmer Sunday night. The hotel did provide ear plugs. Nespresso coffee maker in room was good and had enough pods. Included “breakfast” was a 2 person chit for a pastry and coffee at a nearby cafe. Poor compared to breakfasts provided at similarly priced properties. Central location in Urbino was excellent relative to sights. Did not take advantage of spa facilities. I would stay here again if I knew exactly the layout of the room and its location relative to the street before booking.

This has to be the only place to stay in Urbino, simply sublime and helpful staff. The rooms are truly beautiful, you feel you are sleeping in a real palace with all everything you possibly need or want. The spa is a must without hesitation, the massage service needs to be experienced, the staff gave me and wife an absolutely marvellous relaxing treatments. Thank you. We didn't want to leave and will be back. p.s the town is pretty stunning too.

Amazing and beautiful place with a 5 star spa

This place was an absolutely unexpected 5 star find in the hills of Le Marche. It is a completely renovated former palazzo in the center of Urbino and every single detail is utter perfection. The design is contemporary but keeps the essence of the history of the palazzo. The spa is one of the most beautiful that I have seen in a hotel in recent memory. It is small and intimate with plenty of options. They even found some ruins from 1500 years ago when they created the spa and made sure to feature them. The rooms are huge with every level of comfort required for a luxury stay and we slept perfectly on the ultra-comfy bed. We will be returning.
