The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the hotel itself was in very poor condition. The bathroom and common areas were dirty, although the sheets appeared clean. I understand that budget hotels may have limited amenities, but cleanliness should be a basic standard. I stayed at a hotel in Umeå with a similar price, and the difference was remarkable—the staff clearly cared about maintaining the property. Here, the entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again.

No frills but makes the grade

This facility is by no means spectacular. However it is reasonable and the location is very good. The room is somewhat small and the shower is the smallest of all the hotels I've ever stayed(not much room to move around) at. The bed was comfortable and water was hot and cold when required. The water is also drinkable, a rare treat for me. There is a Middle Eastern supermarket about 60 meters from the hotel that has many delicious items including the best Arabic (pita) bread I ever ate. And the 3 bus will take you there. Overall, was very satisfied and special thanks to the staff for being so cordial and helpful. Would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Uppsala.

I really like everything there, it's comfortable, everything works. But there's usually no one at the reception, especially after lunch, and if I need something urgently, I usually have to wait there or call.

It was the most horrible stay in my entire life. The room didn't have windows that open outside so there wasn't any fresh air at all. And "air-conditioning" was so loud I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs. So it was stuffy and really hot, clustofobic, prison-like. I woke up really tired so would never recommend such horrible stay to anyone!

Interesting night!

The room was more like glorified hostel room. It did smell smoke and it made it difficult to sleep. Bathroom was like a cabin bathroom in a ferry, very tight and dated with extra pubic hair as extra!!! Pillows very small and well used.

Do you like to poop in the dark?

Do you like to poop in the dark? Or even shower in the dark? Then this hotel might just be for you! Light sensor in the toilet turns off light 5 times per visit. No good aircondition very warm in the room. No window to the outside in the room only window towards the inside of the building and you cant even open that one. But the breakfast was good☺️
