Very comfortable beds. No lift but there are ground floor rooms available. Good breakfast but no hot foods like bacon and eggs. There is a kitchen available to use, cook your own foodd and fridges to use. Very clean modern bathrooms. Downstairs 9 showers 7 toilets. Disappointed guest

When reserving the hotel, I chose the option to pay for hotel accommodation by checking in at the hotel. For reasons known only to them, the hotel charged my reservation a few days earlier by charging the card registered in my profile on hotels.com. This was a business trip and I should have paid for the accommodation with a company card, not my personal one. And that's why I chose the price where I pay in hote. Otherwise, if I wanted to be charged from my private card, I would choose a price that is non-refundable and cheaper. This is very unprofessional. The room is dirty, not cleaned properly. Many things are broken... The breakfast was not very good. I had breakfast included in the accommodation while others paid extra and it is very unfortunate that someone pays for such a breakfast. I chose this accommodation only because the rest of the group stayed in that hotel. I do not recommend!

No complains from me about the breakfast. It was more than adequate. Just no hot dishes. But still a nice spread. We got a room with a window and bathroom. Nothing fancy but adequate.
