Always stay here if possible when I go to Uppsala. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, as is the rest of the hotel, and the breakfasts are superb.

We had a family room, which was very spacious and would have easily held a family of 4 or 5 if one was an infant. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and efficient, and their process was easy. Location is convenient, across the street from the train station and three blocks from the river. Only downsides: room did not have a refrigerator, or safe for valuables.

Really great location. Room was a bit warm as it was high up. Shower and bath a little crowded, but do-able. Would like charging ports at bedside! Good breakfast.

Excellent breakfast buffet. We paid $40 apiece at a nice hotel for a breakfast buffet that was not as good as Best Western's.

A 3-night stay in Uppsala

I was amazed how quiet it was here as the hotel is next to the railway and bus stations. Nothing disturbed sleeping :) The breakfast was very good, I just wish I hadn't been so much in a hurry in the mornings so I could have enjoyed it better.

I missed breakfast so I can’t comment. Loved the heated towel rack since the floor is not. Room not as cold as I like for having air conditioning. Asked for window view and got it - onto the street. Street noise kept me awake. Could’ve been all they had. Very nice overall all!

Absolutely Excellent!!! I’ve traveled the world, and this hotel was highly satisfying in value for money. Very pleasant breakfast room with an outstanding choice of buffet; great area to work in the lobby with free coffee and teas; extremely kind and helpful staff, great location steps away from the central station & food store & walking shopping street & canal. Room I chose was small yet exactly as described and good value for money. Ironing room with steamer. Luggage storing facility. Bright and tasteful. Very very satisfied, Thank you!!
