“When we arrived were immediately helped to sort out the parking. We would have liked to know beforehand that parking was difficult and that valet service was available. Our bags were taken care of and in our room when we checked in. The room was pleasant but there was old water in the kettle and old opened milk sachets. There was no shower gel in the container. Staff did put this right however. Breakfast was good and staff helped with a special order Spa facilities were very good but we hadn’t...

“The staff were very accommodating. I couldn't climb the stairs to access my room. The staff at reception changed my room to one accessible although windowless. Didn't matter for one night. That was the only problem was hot in the room but a fan was provided”

“Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay.”

“El alojamiento Ensi muy muy antiguo y proporcionalmente con escasez de dotaciones en las habitaciones (pocos enchufes irregularidad en la calefacción….) el camino desde la carretera al Hotel completamente a oscuras sin ningún tipo de iluminación por la noche…… lo cual compensaba por el trato del personal que fue estupendo”

“Good location and clean, attractive property with plenty of space - ideal for a family. It was a last minute booking so we were grateful to find it. We were absolutely warned about possible noise from the bar below and that it would go on late (and earplugs were provided) so we can't complain about this because it wasn't a surprise, but I don't think I could stay there again at a weekend.”
