Vacations Close To University of Wisconsin-Madison

Absolutely the worst maintained hotel I’d ever been in. Hair left all over the bathroom from previous guest, all the towels were old and dingy. I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners. The room has an old damp musty smell. The outside has clutter and apparently there are ppl who live there, they were outside arguing early in the morning. The person who checked me in was not welcoming of didn’t greet me just asked for my reservation number and ID. I’ll never be back there.

Simply the BEST stay! Tony and Beth are the kindest hosts! The space is cozy and intimate; perfect for special occasions. My husband and I have had the privilege of staying here 3 times, and this will always be one of our favorite spots for a getaway! We highly recommend this gem!

Nice hotel, very clean and easy parking

The room was very damp. Even with the A/C on it was so damp. Very few and thin towels. Stains on the carpet.

Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Personally what won me over about this hotel was the large parking lot. We were traveling with truck and trailer, so having the convenience of pulling in and not having to drive around looking for a good spot to park was a plus. The hotel was clean, updated, and the staff was pleasant.

Everything was clean, the fitness room was clean and had enough weights. Parking, staff and location were wonderful.
