Overall, nice redo for an old motel. Worked for us, had everything needed, nothing fancy, clean. LOVED the shower, would say why not patch the wall? Some small holes, minor fix there.. why blue? Gray might compliment the redo better and update the pictures and make the cords neater.

Can't beat it for the price. Lady at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable enough, slept good. The shower was very nice too. Only complaint is I wish they provided shampoo/conditioner, so make sure to bring your own

Great stay! Room, bedding and bathroom were all clean. Quiet night. If you're looking for clean and quiet, this is a bargain! I especially liked the old fashioned road motel vibe. Will definitely stay again if I'm back this way!

Motor lodge from the 1960's with original furnishings and bathrooms dating from that period. Everything was clean and worked well. This is a basic motel, but also with a basic price. Would stay again.

This was a pretty good place to stay. There is a Walmart across the street. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact we didn’t have control over the heat, the room was very very hot an uncomfortable. Otherwise it was good, it was clean, they made sure we had clean towels everyday, and it’s easy to find. We would stay again if in the area again

Very basic queen bed room for one night. No extras but VERY clean. No problem getting ice from the front desk despite no ice machine. Great value-would stay again!

Clean with nice landlady

From the outside, this looks like your run-of-the-mill a little run-down motel, but the room I got was CLEAN and smelled good. The landlady was very accomodating (I had no phone, but needed to make a phone call, and she had no hesitation in helping me - thank you!

Very good value for price paid. Room was clean and updated in some areas otherwise decades old. Property location is not really convenient for a cyclist riding the GAP as it's on a major highway 2-3 miles away. Walking to restaurants was not convenient nor safe, but I managed. Luckily there is a diner right next door. If you have a car it's all good. For a cyclist, I'd recommend literally anywhere else.

Shower didn’t work, we couldn’t control the heat and the room was very hot, there were no electrical outlets at all by the bed. The only 2 we found were 1 high by the tv and an orange drop cord under the table.
