The room and the setting were a wonderful surprise. Being right beside a river (literally) and with great views, it was a really relaxing stay. We are hoping to be able to make time to return in the fall to see the leaves changing.

We liked the location and how clean everything was. The cleaning lady had an irregular schedule sometimes in our room when we came back from breakfast so we had to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and call her when we left. Still we loved the place and will stay there whenever we come back to the region.

You won’t regret staying here! Very clean. Good selection in tv channels. Great view. Great out door sitting area. Could be a very romantic place without children. We were here with our 2 daughters (12 and 23) and they both enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. Small pool but we didn’t use it. Appealing and perfect for adults. Fine for kids 12+. Younger kids could get bored but the pool would probably help. Friendly staff. I highly recommend.

It's not clear to me how nice Connelsville itself is. But this hotel, right on the river and right on the bike path, was excellent. Staff was wonderful, restaurant next door was very nice, and the river and the park very close were charming. Might only be of interest to a certain subset of people but for those folks it is wonderful.

Perfect location and amenities for biking the GAP! Hose/towels for the bikes, easy check-in, self serve snacks (easy), great restaurant right next door, hotel on the river and right off the trail. I’ll stay here every time I ride the GAP and stay in Connelsville. The Connelsville B&B is nice but the Comfort Inn is better.

Best Comfort Inn ever! Nice but small gym--everything worked and was new--rental bikes and kayaks. Convenient location. Nice bed. Relatively quiet. No need for a car if you are biking or boating in. Fishing, boat landing, and parks nearby, plus walkable restaurants, plus well-stocked pantry and bar on-site.

The property was well maintained, inside and out and very clean. We did have our dog with us and appreciated the property truly being pet friendly with plenty of areas to walk and the designated potty area. The check in was easy and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the lady that worked the kitchen was very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area again and would recommend.

We loved everything about this hotel except the nearby trains. It’s right on the river, beautiful. The room and grounds were very clean and well kept. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and had a variety of pillow firmness. Would definitely stay again.
