“No working pool as advertised. First room refrigerator was leaking water all over the carpet. Second room smelled musty and they have bed bugs. I would not recommend staying there.”

“Because we used Expedia to book, the hotel said they couldn't notify us that the elevator was out of service. We found out about it after we checked in. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal when you have a child in a wheelchair. She's 22 and my husband had to carry her to the 2nd floor bc first floor was all booked therefore we couldn't switch. Unbelievable.”
