“This was the quintessential country inn that you would expect to see in Maine! Front desk staff were friendly, helpful. The rooms were great. They had a larger suite in the hotel and then also had cabins out back. Outside of the breakfast area (which breakfast was great each day), they had a nice patio area with an electric start fire pit and a nice playground for the kiddos. “Very nice place to stay. Communication was great with check in staff and there were options for key retrieval after hours if needed. Room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would have wanted differently is the air conditioning unit to stay on all night rather than turning off/on after reaching a certain temperature in the room. The turning off/on made sleeping soundly throughout the night difficult at times.”
