Very good checkin. We came in after 8 pm and got checked right in. Suite was very clean and very nice. Loved the shower with glass doors. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room to stretch out.

The Sleep Inn was very nice and more than I expected. Quiet, clean, friendly staff, and close to area businesses such as restaurants. Sam and Linda at the front desk were super professional and knowledgeable in all areas. Will be back.

Excellent CHOICE for Discovery

I found the lobby area was clean and fresh feeling. Check-in was relatively simple, and staff was friendly and engaging. The room was clean, and I found the bed comfortable. There was virtually no noise, even in the morning. The breakfast was typical hot/cold breakfast items served at hotels, but the staff kept the area clean while doing double duty of service at the front desk. Guest laundry was available, all machines were operable, and the laundry room was clean. Although I didn’t swim, the pool looked well maintained. The only negative, if it's negative, is the accent color on the bathroom wall is not a very appealing color to me. It seems out of date or not fresh compared to the rest of the room and hotel overall. Excellent location for those going to Discovery Park of America.

The parking accommodations were unexpected. We were traveling with a small Uhaul trailer and we were asked to park in a particular location, off premises, quite a distance from the front entrance of the hotel. The personal amenities could have been upgraded also.

We have visited this hotel several times since it opened and wow, it’s really gone downhill. Check in Was a mess, we booked through Expedia for “Paymwnt on arrival” however it was deducted a full day before we got there. No big deal except they made two deductions and when we arrived we were told by the desk staff “Kim” it was our problem, insisted we booked two rooms and Expedia would have to figure it out as “there, is nothing I can do about it.” We called Expedia who called “Kim” and our $ was immediately refunded. For the room, the microwave was missing, the coffee maker didn’t work, there was a foot long crack in the shower floor, and the AC smelled like an old wet dog. Needless to say, we won’t be back again.
