We checked in at 11:30 at night and there was still breakfast food on the floor in the dining area from that morning. The hotel is old and dated and the curtains were worn and hanging half way down the window. The bath tub was old and stained and we did not shower due to uncleaness of bathroom. All rooms in the area were sold out so we had no choice but to stay but it was unexceptable. The room had a musty smell and the parking lot smelled of pot and animal urine.

Room and facility was aged and showed a lot of wear. Chair cushion was badly torn and vanity mirror was dirty. Breakfast was good but a guest brought a dog into the area which then sat on a chair, even though the area was posted NO PETS. The staff did nothing about it. I like dogs, but not in a food serving area. Yuck!

The room was good but the bathtub appeared dirty....although it is probably just stained. I wouldn't get in it. We were under the outside stairs so it was very loud when people were coming and going. The parking lot hadn't been cleared and it was a solid sheet of ice. Most surrounding businesses had clear parking lots. Breakfast was great and the staff were great.

The wallpaper was coming down in the restroom. We asked for extra pillows. Which was made available. However we did not notice untl the next morning, after sleeping on those pillows . One of them was severely molded. The only way I noticed it was the mold had bled thru the pillow case.

The staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Initially they had me in a 2nd floor room, but accommodated my asking for a first floor due to problems I was having with my knee and back. The bed was comfortable and overall the room was nice except for the bathroom shower, it had mold growing in it. Breakfast the next morning was ok.

Cleaning crew never visited my room for fresh towels or to clean. Phone in the room ironically did not work to call the front desk. Would never stay at a Quality Inn ever again.

Arrived at hotel, checked in, got to room and key wouldn't work. Went back to desk, lady told me I demagnetized it by holding it close to my phone. She reprogrammed same key. Got to door, kept it away from my phone, didn't work. Went back to desk, she reprogrammed new card and told me she would meet me at door. Third key didnt work with her trying, however the master key worked. She told us sorry, but there is nothing I can do, we have no other rooms and this isnt working. We were stuck 3 hrs away with no where to stay. She was rude, didnt attempt to call a manager or solve the problem. I do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, the shower in the room has mold in between the tiles on the floor. For the breast, overall very good, except only one choice of meat - link sausage. Would have liked bacon too.

Certainly! Here's a clearer and more professional rewrite of your message: When we arrived at the property before the game. I was going to unload the car but I wasnt comfortable. We left and went to the game. The property was not clean. We returned to the room around 11PM after the game, we found that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, even after spraying the sheets with Lysol. Because of this, we decided to leave at 1 AM. The experience was disappointing and made it impossible to enjoy. Plus The front desk staff was friendly and nice.
