The room was spacious, clean and luxurious. There were a few bugs but this is to be expected staying in the jungle. The check in staff were fantastic and very pleasant. The restaurant was a little slow with their service, and better food can be found in town.

La situation en pleine nature au contact des singes et avec les bruits des oiseaux au lever du jour vous donne l’image d’être en plein cœur de la jungle. Le chalet est vaste et les équipements ( wifi, réfrigérateur, bouilloire avec thé et café) sont bien presents.

We had an amazing time at Jungle Village with such a lovely warm and friendly welcome from all the staff. The property is simply stunning - a real jungle scene with birds and monkeys all around. Our room was large and spacious with glass all the way round for excellent views and we had our own balcony too. It’s a short tuk tuk ride from Unawatuna beach or a walk to jungle beach if you prefer something a little quieter. The owners clearly have a passion and vision for what they are trying to create here, and Jungle Village proves that you can enjoy nature and luxury at the same time - we loved our time here!!
