Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Poor room, poor customer service and relationship, poor attitude and lack of good attitude. The hotel did not appear to understand Expedia billing system. Ended up using their local rates. An extremely noisy facility. Need a lot of quality staff and training .
